Website and E-commerce Management

Responsible for developing and overseeing the execution of the following:

  • Clients website design
  • Opinionated, stylish writing published to clients blog
  • Generating website traffic strategic plans
  • Managing the activities of technical personnel in support of the company’s eCommerce application to ensure uninterrupted operation
  • Managing relationships with vendors and perform capacity planning to ensure the infrastructure supports business growth
  • Serve as a liaison to eCommerce infrastructure and services vendors
  • Monitor infrastructure to ensure 24×7 availability and performance of eCommerce site
  • Oversee development of eCommerce web application functionality
  • Evaluate business requirements for technical feasibility and eCommerce best practices
  • Evaluate technology vendors and products
  • Review and approve proposed systems solutions


Search Engine Optimizations (SEO) Marketing

Responsible for managing the optimization strategy, including link building, content development, social media, and vendor consulting. Additional duties include leading and managing all SEO recommendations and acting as the natural search subject matter expert, tying in social marketing and content strategies to Facebook, video, discussion boards, blogs and other user-generated content initiatives.

Google+ Local Optimization

Responsible for managing the category optimization strategy, including Keyword research, content development. Additional duties; photo taking & uploading, video taking and uploading.

Call Tracking

Responsible for identifying advertising sources and giving insight into campaign effectiveness. Also, call tracking can be used as quality assurance and sales training.


Responsible for monitoring clients’ website to insurance that the site is live 24/7 and pages load at industry standards.

Online Event Promotion

Responsible for posting event details to all online calendars and social media platforms along with sending our email invites and reminders and managing ticket sales or registration.

Strategic Communications & Marketing Consulting Services

  • Develop a strategic communication plan including but not limited to media pitches, stories and narratives
  • Social media strategy, key themes and message frames
  • Securing media placements
  • Provide professional advice and expertise on strategic positioning
  • Development of a larger public relations strategy
  • Provide media coaching and management issues support
  • Development of training and awareness workshops for staff and stakeholder groups
